YOUR TASKS
As a Specialist Operations International CZ, you will ensure smooth order and contract processing for our customers, with a particular focus on companies in France. You will work at the interface between Sales, IT, Accounting, and our customers, helping to deliver reliable, efficient operations and supporting our transition to a new ERP environment.
Job Description:
- Manage national and international customer orders, including contract administration for group companies including France.
- Organize and oversee all activities related to contract management.
- Handle sales inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Process purchase orders for third-party products.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the implementation and rollout of the new ERP system Microsoft D365.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role or environment.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Proven experience in operations, order management and/or customer service.
- Strong command of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with a structured, independent, and results-driven working style.
- Fluency in Czech, French, and English required.
