YOUR TASKS
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Analytics & Reporting team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advanced Sales Analytics & Forecasting
- Perform deep-dive sales performance analysis across regions, products, and sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated sales forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics.
- Conduct comprehensive pipeline analysis including conversion rates, deal velocity, and stage progression analysis.
- Support planning processes by providing data-driven insights for territory planning, quota setting, and resource allocation.
Reporting Excellence & Dashboard Development
- Design and build advanced Power BI dashboards for sales leadership, providing insights into performance metrics.
- Create and optimize global Salesforce CRM dashboards with enhanced drill-down capabilities and interactive visualizations.
- Create self-service analytics solutions enabling sales teams and Country Managers to access relevant data independently.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms while implementing robust data validation processes.
AI & Predictive Analytics Implementation
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric's analytics platform for advanced data processing, model development, and real-time insights.
- Design and deploy predictive analytics solutions for sales forecasting, pipeline projections, and churn prediction.
- Develop AI-powered lead scoring models to identify high-conversion prospects and optimize sales team prioritization.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence department to ensure data consistency and seamless integration of sales analytics.
Strategic Advising & Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product teams to identify data-driven growth opportunities.
- Present key findings and recommendations to sales leadership and senior management.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or comparable qualification.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles, preferably in software/SaaS companies.
- Strong analytical, data visualization and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining interactive reports and dashboard in Power BI (or a similar tool).
- Advanced Excel skills; Proficiency in Python.
- Strong statistical analysis foundation with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series forecasting.
- Experience with predictive modeling including classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting algorithms.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and familiarity with key revenue metrics such as ARR, ACV, churn and win rate.
- Microsoft Fabric experience is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
