YOUR TASKS

As a UX/UI Designer at Allplan, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital experiences.
Your mission will be to:

     Design Intuitive User Interfaces: Create elegant and intuitive user interfaces that not only look stunning but also provide a seamless and delightful user experience.
  • User-Centered Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research and translate insights into user-centered design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

 
  • Proven UX/UI Experience: You have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in designing user interfaces for desktop and web applications. Your work demonstrates your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
  • Expertise in Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe tools, and the like. Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Axure is a plus.
  • Automation: Programming skills for the automation of design processes (JavaScript, Python) are desirable
  • User-Centered Mindset: You are passionate about understanding user behavior, conducting usability testing, and designing solutions that solve real user problems.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
  • Ability to speak, write and communicate in English in a professional context – other languages desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. You're not just a designer; you're a creative thinker.
