YOUR TASKS

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Head of Technical Sales, Consulting & Training will support the German business to grow product and services revenue and will personally influence the sale of complex, large-scale business driven technology solutions to senior client executives. In addition the Head of will lead a team of Pre-Sales, Consulting and Training experts with a broad level of technology understanding and substantial operational acumen.
  • Support the growth and revenue across Germany by leading, enabling and inspiring a high performing technical team
  • Manage and lead a successful presales and services organization
  • Be an executive sponsor for key accounts, taking personal ownership for customer success
  • Manage in a matrix model corporate product teams and support organizations

YOUR PROFILE

COMPETENCE MEETS CHARACTER
  • Education: B.S./B.A or M.S./MBA
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills with cultural diversity engagement awareness
  • Executive Presence and ability to communicate professionally with CXO-level and navigate customer organizations to ensure successful project delivery and acceptance
  • Demonstrable success of leading, inspiring, and empowering a team of highly experienced consultants and pre-sales engineers
  • Attested ability to work closely with field sales organizations involving joint client presentations and opportunity pursuits
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and multiple engagements
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
