- Support the growth and revenue across Germany by leading, enabling and inspiring a high performing technical team
- Manage and lead a successful presales and services organization
- Be an executive sponsor for key accounts, taking personal ownership for customer success
- Manage in a matrix model corporate product teams and support organizations
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: B.S./B.A or M.S./MBA
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills with cultural diversity engagement awareness
- Executive Presence and ability to communicate professionally with CXO-level and navigate customer organizations to ensure successful project delivery and acceptance
- Demonstrable success of leading, inspiring, and empowering a team of highly experienced consultants and pre-sales engineers
- Attested ability to work closely with field sales organizations involving joint client presentations and opportunity pursuits
- Ability to handle multiple demands and multiple engagements
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
