YOUR TASKS
- Strategic Business Planning: You will develop and implement a strategic businessplan that aligns with the company's strategy to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: You will build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with strategically important customers. You will visit customers and potential customers to strengthen relationships, increase customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: You will analyze market and customer needs, identify market shifts, and discover new potential.
- Sales Growth and Targets: You will be responsible for achieving the team's sales targets. You will develop strategies to increase sales through customer retention and acquisition and present realistic sales forecasts and budgets to management.
- Internal Coordination: You will work closely with other departments (e.g., presales, marketing) to achieve company goals and ensure that customer interests are represented within the company.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: BS/MS degree in Engineering disciplines, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a consistent track record of meeting targets.
- Continuous Education: Committed to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Sales Process Management: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Business Acumen and Industry Expertise: Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Language Skills: Very good skills in both German and English are essential for this role.
