YOUR TASKS

  • Execute renewal and expansions play for assigned accounts.
  • Continually Monitor Customer Health Indicators and implement corrective plays for assigned accounts.
  • Collect and report cancellation data for assigned accounts.
  • Engage with assigned accounts to upsell products and services.
  • Deliver extraordinary experiences through clear and timely communication and support.
  • Uncover new opportunities in the account for services, additional users, and influence inside and outside the organization.
  • Partner with Sales reps to ensure long term, mutually beneficial customer relationships.
  • Actively communicate with the Technical Support team, ensuring customer issues are communicated and escalated appropriately.
  • Collect CSAT/NPS data on Customer Journeys.
  • Monitor effectiveness of interventions and refine over time.
  • Configure rules for automated email interventions based on customer segmentation and health indicators.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in similar position min. 2 years
  • Analytical skills adn mind with clear decision-making skills
  • Churnzero, Gainsight or similar product knowledge – ability to be a subject-matter-expert.
  • Outstanding discovery and listening skills.
  • Ability to connect and build meaningful relationships.
  • Confidence to act and drive positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Comfortable learning new technology.   
  • Ability to speak, write and communicate fluently in English required plus German or French desirable
